My name is Ella Rohl and I’m a college student at the University of Nevada, Reno. I am a Microbiology and Immunology major, on a pre-med track. I am attending college because I want to take advantage of the opportunity to achieve higher education. I am currently employed as a lifeguard and a swim lessons instructor at my former high school pool. I am interested in being an obstetrician and gynecologist and have been interested in women’s health since early high school. I want to publish research sometime in the future about how gynecologists can minimize pain during IUD insertion, it something that I am passionate about possibly solving. My hobbies include cycling, reading, embroidery, hiking, and swimming. My life goals are to become a doctor, have a family, have a successful career, and to travel. I aspire to be the best version of myself every day for the rest of my life and to help others around me.
