I keep getting these texts that I owe a toll fee from FasTrack, but I haven’t gone through a toll. It’s such an obvious scam, but it still induces this sort of fear: “What if I did go through a toll and I forgot to pay the fine?” I think these people are just trying to get my bank info and maybe access my phone via a provided link. I’m not sure if anyone else is getting these texts, but if you do, don’t respond, don’t click links, and just delete the text and report it. If FasTrack wanted to inform you of a toll fee, they would email you from an official email. Don’t be fooled by random text messages and use critical thinking to decipher if it’s a scam or not.
